The enterprise personnel management system which provides a large number of data and data query for enterprise managers and decision-makers who attach importance to enterprise personnel information,is vital to enterprise management.However,when managing the enterprise personnel files,most companies use traditional manual way to complete them,which has many drawbacks mainly including low security and efficiency as well as heavy workload,etc.More personnel information and documents are produced when enterprises have operated for a period of time,thereby causing greater difficulty to inquire staff information,update and maintain later information in a large amount of personnel information.Based on the current function of IT personnel management system,and combined with personnel management knowledge,computer technology and modern technology,this paper focuses on database technology,multimedia technology and information management technology.After development,it has produced an enterprise personnel management system consistent with the actual situation of Shanghai Lincomb Electronic Technology(Group)Co.,Ltd.The research on operation mode and actual state of the company and the management of enterprise personnel information through computers can fundamentally enhance the speed and efficiency of querying,updating and maintaining the enterprise personnel information,and simplify the management of the enterprise personnel information.Relevant personnel spend less time on the enterprise personnel information management,thereby cutting its corresponding costs and increasing its management efficiency.Based on the thinking mode of software engineering,this paper investigates and analyzes the current functions of personnel management system in IT enterprises.Aiming at the solution of personnel management system which is put forward by Shanghai Lincomb Electronic Technology(Group)Co.,Ltd and which is in line with the company's actual situation,the paper completes processes such as system requirement analysis,system overall design,system feasibility analysis,specific design of each module of the system,system implementation and testing.Finally,the personnel management system based on the company has been completed,which consists of six basic functional modules,namely,information management relating to employee salary,the employee themselves,employee training,employee attendance and employee personnel transfer.The research subject is guided by software engineering life cycle.The computer technology of system development and application includes database-based technology,language-based development technology,front-end technology and various technologies connected with the development of computer information management system.The main object of study in this paper is Shanghai Lincomb Electronic Technology(Group)Co.,Ltd.The main functions of the system include information management relating to employee salary,the employee themselves,employee training,employee attendance and employee personnel transfer.
