In today's society has entered a new economic era,increasingly fierce competition between enterprises,with the rise of knowledge economy,talents become the enterprise continuously added resources,plays an important role in the development of the enterprise.The greatest potential for future development of an enterprise lies in human resources and talents,talents have become the basis of innovation.Human resource strategy is the need of the modern enterprise management personnel,and improve the effective application of this strategy need to rely on advanced systems to promote the human resource management.I am currently in emerging Jihua(Beijing)Emergency Rescue Technology Co.Ltd.a more than 400 people mainly engaged in emergency industry of modern science and technology services company,and the company is currently only in the financial accounting system realizes electronic reasonable financial management system,through the implementation of information technology for financial management within the company to achieve a more obviously improve the management level,so began to organize the implementation of information management in the engineering departments of enterprises,and hope to establish an enterprise information management on the whole frame within a relatively short period of time.Therefore the development of a complete function,simple operation and friendly interface for the enterprises Intelligent personnel management system of the industry,is of great realistic significance to realize the intelligent management of enterprise personnel.At the same time also hope to give some peer personnel management actual significance.The main function of the personnel management system is the fast and accurate records,analysis the information of the company staff,collection and exchange.The personnel management department of the unit accurate and comprehensive grasp of all kinds of information so as to make scientific workers,the personnel of the unit,rational judgment and decision making.The main research work includes:(1)Based on the application status of Personnel Management System at domestic and foreign and the full investigation about the personnel management requirements of Xinxing Cathay(Beijing)Emergency Resources Technology Co.,Ltd.,we propose a targeted design of the enterprise personnel management system.(2)According to the design of the enterprise personnel management system,we cleared the key technologies such as the development environment,data logic and module design required for system design are analyzed.(3)According to the enterprise personnel management system design,we completed the design and implementation of the system.(4)The enterprise personnel management system was tested for operation.
