This is the influence of Electronic Commerce on the contemporary business model.Bidding is through bidding mode competition assure the final price and trading volume. This system can realize management, bid sheet management, user management, contract management, management of funds, in addition to the data for reasonable design also to protect and restore data. So that it can be more fair, transparent, guaranteed to bid online. The main structure of this paper is to conduct a preliminary introduction about the current situation of online auction system at the first chapter, introduction some key technologies on the second chapter, the main is the.NET technology,.NET is a new generation of technology platform as Microsoft, construction of application system interconnection for agile business The third chapter is the design and realization of bidding system, the system needs analysis, including analysis of use case analysis, functional and non functional analysis, the whole design of the system in the fourth chapter, including the design of function modules, the system class diagram design, table design etc.. The fifth chapter and the sixth chapter carries on the design and detection of the code system and interface. This system uses Visual Studio 2010 to develop, use ASP.NET 3.5 web site design and use SQL Server 2008 to realize the database design.This system use Star Uml modeling software and software engineering method, using the. NET platform and Visual Studio2010 development environment, and using the ASP.NET 3.5 and SQL Server 2008 to realize the whole based on. NET computer online bidding system functions.
