This paper adopts the concept of agile development,uses spiral model design to build commodity electronic trading platform,and uses trading platform and commodity trading innovation to eliminate middlemen,reduce transaction links and processes as the starting point,and innovates development methods to reduce transaction costs.Improving the quality of operation is the core,with modern information technology and networks as the support,to achieve the terminal-to-terminal docking of commodities and efficient operation of funds.In order to fully explain the construction and operation of the trading platform,this paper has carried on the following research and discussion on how to choose the location,design,location,business model innovation and economic analysis.Firstly,this paper studies the importance of constructing commodity electronic trading platform,analyzes the location and resource advantages of tangshan,and discusses the capability and urgent requirements of kailuan group in building commodity electronic trading platform.Secondly,according to the characteristics of commodity trading and the level of network technology,the framework design of six levels and two major systems is proposed,and the security,technical,practical,adaptive and advanced aspects of the platform are analyzed and designed.We will focus on solving the problems of blocking,asymmetric and untrue information in modern commodity trading,so as to ensure the accurate,efficient and rapid delivery of industry information.And carry on the research and analysis planning,innovation,reasonable to smooth out and solve.Thirdly,it focuses on the development direction and construction mode of commodity electronic trading platform.The development model and construction orientation of healthy and sustainable development in line with commodity trading are put forward.In the course of commodity trading,the problem of excessive cost superposition and security of goods and funds brought by middlemen is mainly solved.Effectively resolved the problem of credibility among enterprises.
