Under the guidance of the general trend of "Internet+",the state vigorously advocates electronic bidding to meet the principles of openness,fairness,impartiality and honesty and credibility to the greatest extent.The technical specification of electronic bidding and tendering system provides guidance and specification for the electronic tendering and tendering within the technical scope.At present,there are many platforms in the market,and the platforms in different regions are different.In the bid evaluation work,a lot of work is still done manually by experts,so there are many uncontrollable human factors.In view of the above problems,this paper aims to develop an electronic bidding platform covering the whole process of bidding and tendering,save manpower and material resources to the greatest extent,and realize the whole process of bidding and tendering for electromechanical equipment transactions in the province electronically.The main work is as follows:1.Design of electronic bidding platformBased on the investigation and analysis of bidding industry and other platforms,this paper analyzes the functions and business processes of platforms according to their roles.The architecture and database design are completed simultaneously.2.Implementation of electronic bidding platformAccording to the design and functional architecture of the platform,this paper adopts SSM to develop the technical framework,and USES WebApi public interface services based on Https protocol and Json data format to connect the portal,business,bid opening and evaluation,background and other sub-services together,so as to realize the functions and make the platform extensible across languages.3.Test and feasibility verification of electronic bidding platformAt present,the platform has been put into use online.After a year of testing,the system modules flow smoothly.
