The main research work is development status, summarized the concept of public procurement system in domestic and foreign public procurement system, analysis and comparison of the Web Services technology and distributed technology, the application of Web Services technology in the public procurement system advantage. The basic principle and system structure of deep analysis of Web Services technology to design, material procurement management system based on bus Web Services lays the foundation of technology, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the public procurement management system and the Web technology of Services and according to actual demand overall situation of system, the detailed design of the main function module of the system the process of.
