At present, China’s agricultural trade is still dominated by the offline transactions, which exits many problems, such as the circulation, high cost and price distortion. These problems seriously restrict the development of agriculture. Applying E-commerce to agricultural trade can solve these problems effectively, and promote the standardization of market management, and can bring huge economic benefits. The rapid development of electronic commerce provides the necessary foundation for the establishment of this system. According to the analysis and comparison of the current e-commerce transaction models, it can be concluded that the auction model and the transaction model are suitable for the large-scale agricultural transaction model. Thus, the basic models of this system are these two models.On the basis of the research on the actual business management process, the business process of online electronic transaction is established. According to the analysis of the system’s demand, the system function and system boundary are determined. This system is divided into 6 major functional modules: transaction information management module, order management module, online auction module, transaction matching module, payment module module, SMS alert module.. System implementation on the B/S system architecture, MVC design pattern, system development process using JSP, Webwork, Java, EJB3.0, Ajax, multi thread, thread pool, etc.. The design of the system follows the software process of RUP, the system design of the system, the system design adopts UML technology, and use the corresponding software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Rational, Rose RUP, CVS, etc.Then, this paper describes the design and implementation of the system’s two trading models in details. In the auction of the transaction, the establishment of the clock of the synchronous exchange of the browser, the synchronization of the transaction information, and the realization of the function of the automatic bid are explained thoroughly. And the design and implementation of the system’s transaction constraint rule function are illustrated. The system allows users to create the transaction constraint rules flexibly and effectively, which guarantees the customers are satisfied with the system. The design principle and program structure of the matchmaking transaction processor are introduced in this paper. The processor is a multi-thread system, in order to improve the system’s concurrent processing ability and stability, the use of the process of line pool technology to optimize the processing. At the same time, this paper also introduces the various trading strategies used in the matchmaking transaction processor.At last, the paper gives the record of system test, and summarizes the results of the test, and predicts the problems existing in the current application system. And then, gives the direction of further development.
