With the continuous development and application of modern information technology such as computer, network, communication and so on, the world has entered the era of information network, information technology and enterprises increasingly close integration, so that the enterprise’s competitive environment and business management mode has a fundamental change. Information has become a modern enterprise to achieve sustainable development and improve the core competitiveness of an important guarantee. Automatic control of city heat supply network is an inevitable trend. Use of modern advanced science and technology to improve productivity, so as to create more profits for the enterprise. How to carry out the technical transformation of small investment, quick effect is a problem of great concern for the whole thermal power industry.The research takes the Jilin Jiangnan Thermal Power Co., Ltd as the research object. At present, the operation management system of the heat pump station is in manual recording mode, and the manual operation mode has greatly influenced the full play of the advantages of central heating. Mainly reflected in: the lack of a comprehensive monitoring method, the operating conditions of the system can not be analyzed and judged; system running condition is difficult to timely feedback, resulting in the user’s heat and cold, heating parameters failed to run in the best conditions, heat supply and the need to heat does not match; running data is not complete, it is difficult to achieve quantitative management. This problem is to solve the above problems, and realize the enterprise production scheduling system based on telecommunication network.This thesis focuses on the network design of the enterprise network, according to the SDH transmission network and VPN MPLS network design, transmission network and data network than the performance indicators, the design of the network plan to determine the completion.
