Constant tension hydraulic control system can be widely used in various engineering field, this paper studied the constant tension applied to the wave hydraulic control system simulation platform performance test.Widely used wave simulation platform is rooted in the world economy so that more frequent maritime transport, marine resources development efforts gradually increased, and the waves is the main factor affecting maritime activities. Marine transportation, equipment testing, crew training, medical care and so you need to know the sea wave motion, or needs to be done in the waves with the environment. If these are in a real ocean environment, not only to spend a lot of time, it will result in more human and material losses. And the application of the simulation platform, can guarantee the sea test security, reduce the number of tests, reduce the cost, shorten the product development cycle.Wave simulation platform after completion of the design and manufacture, how to test whether it satisfies the initial design requirements, which requires a corresponding acceptance test devices. The constant tension hydraulic control system is a kind of wave simulation platform performance test device output to a constant force through the hydraulic system, to achieve a constant load on the platform, the platform runs under constant load, in order to observe and test platform system whether the performance requirements.The main contents of this paper:the analysis of the constant tension of the role of the hydraulic control system and application environment, starting from the condition system, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used constant tension control mode, the volume change style finally selected to design the constant tension hydraulic control system; volume change by the idea of starting formula designed hydraulic control system of constant tension principle model, and gradually expand and analysis, design of complete hydraulic system principles; then according to a known working conditions, calculate and select suitable hydraulic cylinders, accumulators, hydraulic pump and a series of hydraulic components; on the basis of the principle of constant tension on the hydraulic control system a comprehensive analysis, a mathematical model describes the dynamic characteristics of the main hydraulic components, and thus the analysis obtained the mathematical model of the hydraulic system as a whole; mathematical model based on the overall system, and relying on MATLAB/Simulink for system simulation, simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of constant tension hydraulic control system.
