In the electric drive field traditional, constant tension synchronous transmission isthe control link classic, synchronous control is widely used in textile, printing and dyeingpapermaking etc. textile industry is a concern of the industry, with the wide application ofelectronic technology and computer technology, Enterprises continuously improveMechatronics level of the textile machinery, filling equipment become an indispensablemember of textile machinery. The filling device is basically adopts open loop control,resulting in the different tension control, so that the yarn density is not consistent,diameter is inconsistent, resulting in the meter of the rolled products is not consistentwhen in use, so the waste of remainder is more serious, so the yarn rolls constanttension control is an effective way to solve the problem, so as to guarantee the metererror of rolled products finished in a smaller range. The filling machine as the prototypeis used in this paper, the yarn in the winding tension changes in the process oforderliness is researched, analyzes the filling machine control system and controlmethod, established the mathematical mode of yarn in winding, demonstrated thatwhen the bracket walking in a stable speed, the line speed of yarn and roll radius is themain interference in the tension system, discusses the basic theory of PID controlalgorithm and parameters, in order to ensure the constant tension control, the yarndiameter should change with the variation of angular velocity of rolling. In this paper, theanalog acquisition, digital input and output, communication and display control isachieved in micro single chip control, FPGA to assist the chip to realize PID algorithm inthe constant tension control. Tension sensor is used for tension detection, the detectionsignal is acquisition and processing by MCU,then transmits to the FPGA to operation,the operation result after conversion controls VVVF,the constant tension control isimplemented by the coiling motor.Ensure the equipment can work reliably,the designwere used in different ways to solve the problem of interference from the software andhardware.Especially to suppress the interference of the data acquisition process usingnumerical filtering method.Using the method of separate power supply of the switchpower source in hardware to improve the reliability,and these have achieved significantresults.
