Research On The Changing Of Archive Management In The Context Of Identity

The theme of the International Congress on Archives in 2012 is "developing environment", the theme is divided into three sub-themes, namely "sustainability", "trusf" and "identity". The Congress made "identity" as one of the topics of discussion, showing the relationship between the identity and archive will set off a wave of research in the archives sector.In this paper, there is a study on the archival management on the background of identity. Most of the traditional collection of archives is the official archives which can not be the representative of memories in order to realize identity,and therefore oral archives and family archives formed in the non-civil rights organization is the complement to traditional archives. Since the family archives and oral archives files in the folk formed with a wide range and large number of other advantages, this paper focused on these two files to achieve civil identity and start on research archives management purposes.The study of this two kinds of archives is equally applicable to other relatively civil archives which has small number,and relatively narrow range, in actual control of the details workers need to stall because the system should respond flexibly to change.The first part of this article clear identity context "identity"concept that is visible through the archives of the "evidence" "History""Memory"function to self-realization, social and identity groups, while at home and abroad for this part identity archives theory and practice carried out in the context summarized by comparison, found insufficient community of archives, catch up or exceed the theory and practice of other countries in the relevant area.The second part of this article clearly discusses the collection of multiple archives. There is a number of problems in the management of multiple archives,for example,the unity of collection of archives and the lack of initiativity of collection.This part mainly discusses how to make a relationship between identity and archival collection.The third part of this article discusses the arrangement work on the multiple archives. Strategy of arranging multiple archives is based on the analyzing of the main problems of the arrangement work currently, such as using the memory organization on archival arrangement work,using of the principles of traditional archives flexibly. What’s more through the summary of practice and multi-archives arrangement theory of the developed countries which will fit the the same fields of our country’s archive management work so that to be more efficient on the work of identity and archival arrangement work.The fourth part of this article study the exploitation of multiple archives in the context identity. Currently in the exploitation work of archives there is still a number of problems like the lack of presence of top-level design planning exploitation and utilization of the conservative philosophy and other issues, this chapter proposes countermeasures and practices for the exploitation and utilization of archives of multiple archives, and describes the importance of the exploitation and utilization of multiple archives on the exploitation of potential information.
