The main task of this paper is to study the principle and design of grinding ring laser diameter measurement system.With the development of modern science and technology and increasingly fierce market competition, how to improve and guarantee the quality of products has been more and more attention. How to use advanced information technology and electronic technology to update the traditional pattern of industrial measurement is becoming more and more important.This article mainly describes the design and development of the Laser diameter measurement and adjustment system. First, prior to the development of the system, the system as a whole made a detailed system analysis and overall design, on the one hand is accurate of hardware connection and the detailed design of the circuit, on the other hand is the focus of the client software design and implementation. The system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as the development software, Visual c++ as development language, implements including user management, parameter configuration, data manipulation, alarm prediction, FTP browser module of system software. Aiming at the problem of data storage, this article choose MYSQL as a database management system, and use ADO database access technology to access the database. The operator can be realized through the client software to the database to store, delete, export and so on. And can be remotely through FTP browser to check the export file. |
