Use online caliper measurementdata objective, real-time measurement results intact for production line quality monitoring,tracking and analysis of the production process. In this paper, online gauge control systemdesign work.First, the overall design of the gauge-line control system was designed. In the electricalcontrol system design, application of dual power to protect the reliability of the power supply;using UPS provides uninterrupted power supply to gauge, even in the face of all powerfailures can guarantee the normal work caliper; to measure measurement start and stop the fansection and part of the diameter instrument designed control loop. In the design of the alarmsystem, the alarm circuit receives signals through the serial port IPC status achieved bycontrolling the relay signal indicator display; buzzer will alarm when the measuredparameters substandard steel occurred achieve the diameter measurement job statusmonitoring role. In the intelligent temperature control system design, the use of dedicatedmicrocontroller using embedded in the gauge Pt100platinum resistance in three main parts tomeasure the operating temperature gauge and digital display; and has provided over for thecaliper temperature alarm, over-temperature trip protection.The design and implementation of the normal start-stop online caliper of analyte limitalarm, over-temperature protection features to ensure online security and stability of the gaugeat the job site running. |
