Based on laser optical triangulation displacement measuring principle, optoelectronic non-contact measuring method and measuring system for the dimension of small part inner diameter. In this paper, the constitution and overall construction of system are described. Then, the measuring method and principle of the dimension of small inner diameter are discussed and theoretically analyzed, and the corresponding mathematics model is established.An inner diameter laser non-contact measuring method is presented based on the structure characteristic of small part inner diameter, which adopted optoelectronic probe sensitive device (PSD) and laser optical triangulation measuring principle. And then, the laser probe for inner diameter measuring system is designed based them. Also, the measuring principle, the project of optical system are illuminated in detail in this article. The main mechanical system and the computer control system are expatiated.The accuracy of measuring system is verified by experiment. The results showed that: In the measuring range of 24 millimeter to 51 millimeter, the measuring repetition error is superior to 0.028 millimeter. It indicates that the measuring method is applicable.
