Dramatic growth of the Internet business has promoted the development of a variety of services and network, the business development needs to achieve characteristics including a large capacity, IP-based, high security, flexible delivery and hosting platform. The development of mobile Internet, intense competition and the development of corporate clients, home broadband and other industries, all above claims to enhance the transfer and support capabilities of transport networks. In order to ensure the sustainability and investment effectiveness, based on the business needs and the structural characteristics of transport network, it is necessary to implement the idea of “Overall Planning, Distributed Implementation”, taking a general consideration of the layout and structure of transport network, under the premise of meeting business needs to achieve a moferate advancement, while massively optimizing the network, which will become the basis of future business and network development.The Mobile Metro Transpot Network needs to transmit a variety of services including 2G, 3G, 4G, WLAN, Group clients and home broadband as the basic platform for carrying all business networks. Due to the rapid growth of leased line, broadband data and Internet business needs, especially 4G services, the requirement for network carrying capacity has become higher than before. For China Mobile, its primary task is to accelerate the construction of metro transport network to further improve the communication capacity.The rapid development of Internet services has promoted the growth of IP data services, which means the technological advances in transport networks must adapt to the business development. Currently, the China Mobile has built up the coexistence of SDH / PTN / OTN system, PTN and OTN will become the main bearer technology and transmission means, while because of the youth of PTN, there are still insufficient coverage and low ring-rate issues to be solved. During the metro construction process, it is necessary to make greater efforts to extend the PTN network and optimize its network structure to accommodate future business development.In summary, to further build metro transport network not only can greatly enlarge the transmission capacity and improve transmission security and quality, but also can enhance network management, reducing operating costs, which will lead to a favorable position during the competitive environment. The design is with sufficient conditions, and it is feasible and necessary for Mobile Communication Services development, and even crucial to the development of economy and information technology.The design make full use of existing network resources, solved the major network problems by adopting advanced communication technology. The technical feasibility of the design prove that the metro transport network stage 1 meets the requirement of mobile metro transport network which makes the circuit scheduling and network more flexible and reliable.
