| With the rapid development of the mobile Internet market, the higher requirements of security and bandwidth of mobile communication network are put forward. The Packet transport network(PTN) technology is a kind of efficient and flexible large capacity information transmission and bearing platform, which both has the advantages of the security of the traditional SDH and the higher bandwidth of IP network, it has become the main direction of the current transport network. Through the introduction and analysis of PTN technology, at the same time, combined with the current situation in lianyungang, the PTN technology is successfully applied in the planning and design process of lianyungang’s mobile 4G transmission network system.Firstly, the basic principle, key technology and system architecture of PTN are introduced. The protection technology, synchronization technology, telecom level OAM technology and Qos technology of PTN are emphatically introduced. The structure and function of each layer of PTN, the standard frame structure and relationships of PTN are analyzed in detail.Secondly, the network planning of metropolitan area transport network for LTE is proposed. By introducing the network planning process, the deployment strategy, the business requirements and the networking model of PTN, the overall planning of the mobile 4G PTN metropolitan area network is given.Finally, according to the actual situation of lianyungang’s metropolitan area network and the needs of the 4G business, the network architecture of 4G supporting transmission bearing network of lianyungang is proposed. The detail network construction scheme of PTN L3 layer(the core network layer), the overall planning and networking scheme of PTN L2 layer(the convergence layer) and the detail ring structure of every regional PTN access layer are given. At last, the PTN technology is successfully used in the engineering construction of the 4G base stations in lianyungang. |
