University Scientific Research Management Information System Design And Implementation Based On Web

With the establishment of the rapid development of computer technology and the Internet of Things, the original university scientific research management information system has been unable to meet the current needs of users, the users need a high degree of sharing of scientific research information, so the establishment of scientific research management information system with a fully functional, stable performance for Baoji University of Arts and Sciences is imminent.This paper focusing on the requirements of intellectualized campus development, the status of the scientific research management information systems and the problems existed in the scientific research information management system in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences and based on software development and database development technology, designing and implementation from different angle for the fulfillment of the scientific research management information systems in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences. The main research topics are described as following.Firstly, the design was based on the development of MVC architecture and Microsoft SQL Server2008database and implemented the scientific research management information systems in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences. It covers the front desk (at the research gateway web, research policy inquiry, research queries, information submit by teachers and other functions), the background (research information management, research audit information, customer information management, research management and policy, financial management, etc.) and other major functional modules.Secondly, the paper was leading object-oriented design of software engineering; analysis the demand from different angles to determine the system, and adopt the way of the Unified Modeling Language displayed instructions of the needs. According to the results of the needs analysis to determine the system should possess features include:user management, paper management, fund management, patent management and reward management, etc. We also implemented and tested all above functions.Although some of the features of this system has not yet fully implemented, however, by the using of the scientific research management information systems in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences, the efficiency of the staff who work in this field was effectively improved, and implemented scientific information sharing.Implementation of this system has a certain significance and reference value to the information construction in Colleges and Universities.
