Construction And Consideration On Office Automation System In An Enterprise

Electric power enterprises of China are faced with the ever stiffest competitiveness after China's entry into the WTO. Office Automation is a comprehensive human-computer information system which based on science of computer, information, management, has been become one of the most important methods to enhance electric power enterprise's effectiveness and decision abilities.Based on 8 years' study on OA, the author lucubrate the enterprise' OA are as follows:1, The enterprise OA should be designed as Office Information System because of the fatal weakness of traditional OA, thus the definition and the characteristic and the hierarchy of the OIS are described in detail.2, The requirement of the enterprise OA is analyzed and it's characteristic is pointed out.3, Through the analysis of the architecture of management, the author point out to use advanced technology to promote the level of management and to construct a new pattern.4, EMA is a advanced developing method which is widely used in OA, in this paper, EMA is described in detail and the project and key technologies are also pointed out.5, Based on the ideas as mentioned above, the OA of Chongqing electronic power is successful implemented.6, At the conclusion of this paper, the author point out the shortcomings and the expectation.
