Variable displacement pump as an important power of the hydraulic system components, are widely used in metallurgy, mining, engineering machinery, ship building, civil aviation ground equipment such as hydraulic transmission field. With the development of automation technology, people for the requirements of the hydraulic system is gradually improving, electronically controlled variable displacement pump control system for its high accuracy, flexible control features become an inevitable trend of variable pump system. This paper proposes a electronically controlled variable pump system based on ARM embedded controller. Electronically controlled variable pump system is related with the built-in sensor parameters measurement, using high-speed switch valve as the electronically controlled variable pump control valve in the system, through the embedded controller program control, realize the closed loop control of variable pump system as a whole. Electronically controlled variable pump research is not only consistent with China’s industrial equipment intelligentized, also played the role in the development of hydraulic technology.This paper introduces the components of electronic control variable pump system, explained how it works. For electronically controlled variable pump flow control, pressure control and power control, analyzes the control principle of control mode. Completed the structure design of electronically controlled variable pump, and set up electronically controlled variable pump 3D model. In AMESim software established the simulation model of hydraulic system and in the Lab VIEW software established the simulation model of the controller, through joint simulation interface module realizes their joint simulation, verify the feasibility of electronically controlled variable pump system solutions. Completed the design of electronically controlled variable displacement pump embedded controller hardware system. Choose the ARM chip as the core of the embedded controller, using PWM reverse unloading type power amplifier circuit to drive high speed on-off valve, and design the relevant peripheral interface circuit, a PCB board was made for the experiment. Design the software system for the embedded controller of electronically controlled variable pump, the software system includes based on ARM embedded controller software system, software system based on PC for embedded controller, based on the Android mobile terminal APP software system. Through the hardware and software of the embedded controller complete electronically controlled variable pump closed loop control system. The experimental results show that electronically controlled variable pump system has good control performance.The main chapters of this thesis are as follows:In chapter 1, introduces the research background and significance, the current research progresses on electronically controlled variable displacement pump, electric hydraulic controller, and the high speed switch valve. The main research subjects were presented.In chapter 2, it describes the composition and principle of electronically controlled variable pump, through 3 D software completed the structure design of electronically controlled variable pump.The simulation model of the electrical control servo pump was established, and the feasibility of the scheme are verified through the simulation results.In chapter 3, established the ARM STM32F103ZET6 chip as master controller, completed contains main controller module, power module, input interface module, power amplification module, communication module, etc. Through the circuit principle diagram to complete the PCB design, after processing welding production into actual embedded controller.In Chapter 4, electronically controlled variable pump embedded controller software system is designed. Software system mainly includes:the software of system based on ARM embedded controller and software system based on PC, based on the Android mobile terminal APP software system. Designed software systems, interactive communication between the upper and lower machine. The APP software system realize the function through WiFi.In chapter 5, designed the experimental scheme of electronically controlled variable displacement pump. Through experiments based on the control characteristics of capture cards to verify the performance of the system, and finally completed the ARM-based controller experiment, showing the ARM-based control system has good performance.In chapter 6, summarizes the main work of the paper and makes the prospects for future research.
