As the development of our society, more attention has been paid toenergy-saving and environmental protection, valve-controlled system isbeing replaced by pump-controlled system gradually due to theseconsideration. The electrohydraulic proportional drive system is widelyused because of its high energy efficiency and low cost.This dissertation first introduced the development of electrohydraulicproportional drive system and its advantage in application in various fields,especially in position control. Then set up the mathematic model of thehydraulic machine platform. After optimization, the model is presented inthe form of state-space model before some analysis. After that, apply themodel predictive control theory using Laguerre function network to thecontrol system according to the characteristic of the system and thedemand of the control constraints. Then set up the hardware-loopsimulation platform including hardware part and software part. Finally usethis platform to test model predictive controller in XPC Target. The resultshows that this control method is feasible and real-time.Having researched the control system and the hardware-loopsimulation, we achieved expected control target and constraints in theory,which can offer an effective way to design or research similar controlsystem in the future.
