Digitized campus uses advanced IT to make all digitization possible from resources to activities. Extend the dimensionality of space time and thereby constitute an integrated and individualized working and living environment as well as innovative teaching and managing patterns in order to realize suppositional campus.Digitized campus is not only the target of Higher Colleges'informationalized construction but also the embodiment of their integrated strength. Vocational education especially, is hoped to normalize and optimize business process and improve the ability to manage and make a decision through informatization. Through the overall layout, design and construction of digitized campus, this paper has put forward digitized campus system structure that is suitable for the management and cultural characteristics of our college. Starting with the Propped-up Platform of application system, the paper has lay out the functions of Data Center, Unitive Identity Attestation and Door network they are provided with and put forward the suitable way to the quick building of business system as the supplement of application propped-up system. It makes reform of business process and reuse of program model come true through the quick building of business system and embodies the importance of flexible management in vocational education.At the same time, it has emphasized data exchange adopting coupling relationship between shared data center and each business base is the need of safety and flexibility.In the building of Campus Application Centre, the paper takes the core businesses of the college (Educational Administration Management, Learning Industry Management, OA Office System) for example, it has expatiated the design objective and function realization of every application system, and analyzed functional needs of Educational Administration Management System according to software engineering and plotted out subsystems. The paper also has designed it from two aspects: systematic function structure and data process and designed Educational Administration Management System combined with the credit system. It has pointed out the concrete technology realizing process through the example of purchase and order and storage of teaching materials in teaching material management.
