Research And Design Of Management System For Students Work Of Vocational School

Along with the information technology revolution, education information technology has become one of the key factors supporting the basic education reform and development. Without the information, the modern education cannot be true. The refinement of management and the information technology has become an inevitable development trend of today ’ s management of schools. Currently, most of China’s vocational schools are work at digital campus construction, but still cannot fit the vocational schools actual needs and also exposed a series of flaws and problems.Accordingly, I study and design the student management system of The Chengdu Industrial Vocational and Technical School.The major work of this paper is as follows:(1) The paper discuss the current situation、background and research value of the vocational school student’s management system.Thought the contrastive analysis about the related research that provided lots of experience,that help me determine the contents of the research.(2) The paper then describe the key technologies and systematically analyzes. On this basis, according to analysis the requirements of the Chengdu Industrial Vocational Technology College. Therefore, student management system includes Ten aspects function module such as student information administration, Student status management enrollment management, daily management, dormitory management, community management etc, the functions of different parts are also analysis in details, and this work lays groundwork for the design of the system.(3) Design the system that include the Design principles 、Design goals 、the main subsystems function 、 and the Whole design of the system, establish the network topology system. Focus on the system database design and the functional design of the system, design 27 aspects database tables,such as the professional information form,student information table etc.(4) Test some Process of the system and evaluate the test results.,definite the test object, test resources and test method, test some process of the system and evaluate the test results.the test include the safety testing, functional testing and performance of usability testing, user interface testing etc.The test results show that this system is working properly, clear interface, stable operation, achieve that the expected designed goals. Its fully functional, stable performance, make it has a certain practical value and is worth promoting.
