The design of surface water monitoring system in Qujing city is in the need of modern environmental management, which is in accordance with the requirements of the general public in Qujing, and is also an important part of "green environmental protection". In order to control the main river water quality in a timely manner and to predict the major river basin water pollution accident, it is necessary to design and implement a surface water monitoring system to monitor the current situation of the surface water in Qujing City, and then to be able to control the surface water quality in Qujing city and to make the corresponding warning.According to the specific situation of surface water distribution and use in Qujing City, and combined with the experience and lessons learned from the main use of similar systems in the past, the technical architecture of the system is determined. The system uses B/S architecture and MVC design pattern to implement the system. The system uses J2EE to implement the framework structure and use Server SQL 2012 to design the database.Qujing city surface water monitoring system mainly realizes the real-time management, data management, statistical analysis, information management and automatic monitoring data acquisition and transmission business. Real time management module consists of the query site, real-time monitoring, trend monitoring, alarm monitoring, video monitoring and site information display. The module of data management includes data audit, data query, manual alarm management and data alert management. Statistical analysis module realizes the daily information query, weekly information query, monthly information query, quarterly information query, annual information query, weekly water quality information query. Information management module is made up of the site area, system configuration, water environment standards. Automatic monitoring data acquisition and transmission module includes real-time data management, the original data query, real-time data access wizard, service control management, business connection settings and other information query and management. According to the special environment of Qujing city, the automatic monitoring data acquisition and transmission function ensures real-time data transmission, so that the user canget the monitoring of surface water information, and the standard data for alarm operation.The users can alsomake early warning to the next stage of the site’s surface water.Through the establishment and use of the online monitoring system of surface water in Qujing, it can reduce the demand for the personnel, and greatly reduce the workload of users. The birth of the online monitoring system of surface water in Qujing city makes automatic monitoring technology get a new level, forwarding to automation, scientific and technological progress.
