The Design And Implementation Of Fire Water Supply Management System For Beijing Fire Brigade

With rapid development of the current society, the accessory requirements of public facilities are more stringent. Requirements of fire water supply are also gradually increasing, the original fire water supply management has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of Beijing fire career. In addition, our country pays more attention on fire fighting and other public safety measures, so using advanced information technology to achieve the daily management of the fire water maintenance work has became the main task of Beijing Fire Brigade now. Therefore, it is necessary to use IT to complete a fire water management system, to solve the problem of water management currently faced by Beijing, and then expecting to improve the efficiency of Beijing Fire Brigade.The fire water management system considered the actual situation of Beijing Fire Brigade, and considered the technologies that similar systems used, to establish the basic technical architecture of the system, firstly system used the popular B/S architecture and used the MVC pattern to design, and used the common J2EE architecture in the design process, and finally combined struts with hibernate design techniques to complete the system design. Of course, the ultimate realization of the system design was inseparable from the database design, the system used the SQL SERVER 2012 database.The fire water management system of Beijing Fire Brigade mainly achieved water change maintenance service, inspection and maintenance of artificial water service, water information inquiry service and water statistics service. Water change maintenance module implemented water information collection, road numbers and standard address database search, water to be submitted, existing water, natural water maintenance, water change submit and water change confirmation. Inspection and maintenance of artificial water module implemented check result registration, check result submit, check result confirmation, check result query, maintenance report, repair order management, being familiar with water and inputting template. Water information inquiry module implemented water positioning query and water electronic manual. Water statistics achieved water classification statistics, check result statistics and maintenance information statistics.The design and use of the fire water management system of Beijing Fire Brigade can make the modern and information management level to the next level, which greatly improving the efficiency of the fire brigade’s daily work, strengthening supervision of fire water, greatly reducing errors in the work.
