The Analysis And Design About The Management System Of City Commercial Bank’s Capital Stock

The system mainly can be divided into seven modules, including my workbench, establishing the database of shareholder’s information, issuing equity certificate, share capital transfer, share dividend, the management of allotment of shares, query and summarize. After the deep analysis of the city commercial bank capital management system, the paper design a operation model of the city commercial bank capital management, and then the overall design and detailed design of the city commercial bank capital management system are introduced. On the basis of these, the paper focus on the realization of the function of the city commercial bank capital management system, and then the system was tested and the system test analysis report was generated.
