Research And Design Of Housing Capital Management System Based On C/S Model

Housing capital is the long-term reserve fund for workers and staff to buy houses, which is handed over by the workers and staff and their working units to the Management Center of Housing capital in the city where they lived in proportion to their salary every month. Housing capital was in fact a compulsory and indemnificatory saving system. The system of housing capital is a housing reform policy implemented basing on the actual conditions of the reform of our country's housing system. Establishment and perfection the system of housing capital play an important role in pushing forward the reform of housing system, establishing the new housing mechanism adapting for the system of socialist market economy and improving living standard of city residents.Based on mature C/S model, a housing capital management system is studied and designed in this thesis. MIS is constructed by Object-Oriented analysis and design methods and is modeled by Unified Modeling Language. A series of user case diagrams, sequence diagrams, collaboration diagrams and class diagrams are designed and the frame model of this system is formed. Development speed is accelerated and the system's credibility is enhanced by using key technology. The system possesses some characteristics such as complete functions, agile program and clear main interface. The system has been applied to all levels of Management Center of Housing capital in Inner Mongolia and the anticipated result is attained. By using this system the economy and society benefits of the enterprise are improved greatly.
