Design And Implementation Of Public Interactive Platform Of City Management Based On IOS

With the popularization of smart phones and 4G,the mobile Internet has become an important part of modern life.More and more people in the world are accessing the Internet through mobile devices.The mobile Internet with their own characteristic of socialization,localization and mobility,has penetrated into every corner of people's lives and work.With the concept of the "Internet Plus" being put forward,the "Smart City" is being mentioned by more people now.The "Smart City" means that people take advantage of information technology to achieve intelligent management and operation of the city,and then create a better life for the people in the city,and promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the city.According to the requirement analysis of administrative law enforcement of urban management bureau in Jingsi Town,Shanghai,I design public interactive platform of city management including the mobile phone clients based on iOS operating system.The system integrated the functions of feedback,supervision,interaction,information services and so on,make citizens who take mobile devices as a carrier become supervisors,and then reflect the problem.Moreover,by the platform of intelligent city management system,the urban administration staff can get information timely,and solve the problem,so as to achieve the relevant information intelligent perception,convenient utilization effect,achieve better service through convenient means,so as to establish a new mode of city management the public can participate,administration and supervision.The main work includes:(1)Introduce the research background of this paper and the development situation of the mobile Internet.Analyze current mobile APP development technology for iOS platform.(2)Implement the functional modules of the iOS platform client application,including public comment,reflect problems,consulting complaints,user management,message push,life map.The main difficulties in the development are analyzed and resolved,including: AFNetworking is applied to access the remote server and fetch JSON format data;iOS Data Persistence technology is applied to cache the data after getting the server data;iOS GCD multithreading technology is applied to avoid blocking UI;how to optimize memory when a large number of pictures show;how to utilize the Baidu map open platform to provide geographic location,positioning and other LBS functions.(3)Achieve the back-end server by the use of J2 EE enterprise development technology,and then the database of the system is designed.It also introduces how to deploy the Java Web to the Alibaba cloud server.
