The Research And Design Of Smart Park Integrated Management Platform Based On City Information Modeling?CIM?

At present,the construction of smart city and smart park in our country is widely concerned.Decision-making in city planning and design,construction and management on the demand of refinement,visualization,dynamic and integrated description is very urgent.Therefore,this paper studies a technical theory of digital description and expression of the city,namely CIM(City Information Modeling).CIM is the integration and upgrading of BIM,GIS,IOT(Internet of Things)and other new generation of information technology.Based on the theory of CIM,this paper puts forward the definition,basic concept,characteristics and corresponding operation and management model of the smart park based on the comprehensive analysis of the integrated technology and the demand analysis of the smart park operation and management business.The application is illustrated by an example of an administrative office area integrated management platform design,in order to provide references for other applications of CIM.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To study the status quo and development requirements of smart city construction,smart park construction,park operation and management,smart park integrated management platform construction,and the present situation and research status of CIM theory and technology under the above construction background.Analysis of smart park operation and management of CIM theory and technology demands.The research status of BIM,GIS,IOT and other related theories and techniques are studied in depth,and the relationship between BIM,GIS and IOT and its data integration are reviewed and analyzed in details.(2)Explore and extract the definition,essence,main features and basic concepts of CIM according to the demands of smart park operation and management.Aiming at the business demands and characteristics of CIM,designed the intelligent park operation and management model based on CIM.(3)Taking an administrative office area as an example,this paper designs the overall framework and related construction contents of the administrative management area of the administrative office area,and designs the integrated management,which is based on the understanding of CIM and the operation and management model of the smart park.Platform is expected to build the results were summarized.Through a large number of induction,deduction and analysis work and the integration of previous research results,this paper puts forward a new understanding of CIM,expands the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the CIM theory in depth.Based on the research and understanding of CIM theory and technology,this paper puts forward the management model which meets the general requirements of smart park operation and management,and realizes the management model through the design of a practical engineering case.
