Some of the speakers manufactures in the south of the country have encountered constantly improvement of the level of today’s wages, so it is imperative to maximize economic efficiency for enterprises. With the continuous optimization of the mechanical structure of the robot, pneumatic or hydraulic components and the continuous development of motion control cards, PLC and other control components and manipulator plays an important role in loudspeaker production of semi-automated and automated lines.In this paper, the actual production requirements of the production line of speakers that improve product productivity and shorten the production cycle. The paper analyzes the existing production line and faces a practical matter of magnetizing process and polarity test procedure that produce manually needs high cost and it’s difficult to ensure efficiency and other practical problems, we conducted automatic magnetizing robot research design.According to the company’s actual needs of production line which produces speaker,overall accordance with the "raise of the question-analysis of the problem-solution of the problem" model,we combine theory and practice,and then access relevant information and documents.At the same time,we discuss the content of design with the instructor and engineers,and we determine the program which adopts the integration of Machine,Electricity and gas.With reference to the operation flow of the manipulator to design the mechanical system,drive transmission and control system.Manipulator use cylinder actuator as the body parts, supplemented by other mechanical parts compose mechanical system; Selection of combinations and outer slide linear motor drive module as the main drive transmission, full use of servo motor position control mode and outside the sliding speed smooth linear drive module features; Using a combination of PLC and touch screen control system as a way to control the body, assisted by relays, solenoids and other electrical components control system.The design of fully integrated loudspeaker production line production workshop actual working conditions and environment, combined with the company on material, electronic components, machinery parts and other scientific research condition,with various schemes,repeated testing,prototyping,continuous improvement,and we make full use of the advantages of safety of pneumatic manipulator, convenient repair operation,and then combine the PLC to conduct motion control.Finally successfully developed the automatic magnetizing manipulator.It is dedicated to the speaker magnetizing and test procedure loudspeaker production line and it is simple and practical,Automatic magnetizing manipulator adaptability, it can according to the speed of the production line, the location of speaker and magnetizing station,test position, and time for change. Automatic magnetizing manipulator play an important role in the production model from manual to semi automation and automation, reduction of the number of workers, improvement of production efficiency,product quality,safety and factory image.Finally,conclude the whole paper, summarizes the research survey of speaker automatic magnetizing manipulator,the normal operation of automatic magnetizing manipulator shows that the design scheme of automatic magnetizing manipulator in this paper is feasible.Prospect of research and put forward some need to improve or perfect, so that the total follow-up study reference.Outlook of the subject has put forward Some aspects need to be improve in order to provide references for future research.This issue is a real project factory machines, electricity, gas closely, focusing on practical, with a strong theoretical significance and practical value, the profound meaning of academic research.
