The diaphragm assembly processes paragraph of the2828-type loudspeakers are complicated, the assembly lines are comprised by a lot of the equipments. So the primary factor for efficient and safe production is to improve the level of automation. This paper proposed some automated assembly methods for part of the assembly-stations, studied deeply on design and implementation of the current control system of automatic assembly line via comprehensive application of mechanical, pneumatic and automatic technology.According to the assembly process, the structure of assembly line, completed the design of automatic feeding-up equipment and automatic drum paper affixed equipment; According to structure, function, control objects and requirements, proposed overall program and specific implementation methods of the control system. In control of the center rotation disk, stepping position control system composed by position control module of PLC, optical fiber displacement sensor and stepper motor, which ensured the accuracy of the control system effectively. Shortened the cycle of the system and improved the efficiency of assembly by analyzing the limit cycle of all single equipments and arranging the beat movement reasonably. Achieved circular or similar oval trajectory by means of two servo motors which controlled by linear interpolation and circular interpolation instruction of Panasonic FPZ. The author designed debugging and monitoring screens by PLC combined with touch screen technology, which makes the control system more humane, safe and reliable.The author accumulated some valuable field experiences through on-site and on-line debugging. Debugging results showed that the current control strategy can guarantee the goal which the working beat is6seconds. The stop position accuracy of center rotation disk at cone frame mold is±0.5mm. The process actions of assembly-stations meet the assembly process requirements and the system runs stable and reliable.
