Over the years, the development of communication is always a hot topic, the upgrading of communication device is continuously speeding up. In the development of the communication device, the test for the transmission system becomes inevitably. Do test in practical channel will not only consume resources but also increases the difficulty of the test, with the addition of uncertainty. Therefore, the research and development of simulation transmission system not only conforms to the trend, but also has great significance.This paper is divided into two parts, the first part introduces how to achieve transmission system simulation, and the second part focuses on the control to the system based on web service.First of all, we design and achieve the simulation transmission system. This system includes a channel and some subnet nodes. This section achieves sending and receiving service packages between nodes of different subnets via analog channels, which is realized in wired network environment. And by setting a static routing table, we simulate a channel which can connect multi-subnet nodes with dual ethernet ports development board. The TCP/IP protocol is mainly depended on to communicate with each other. We focus on the design and implement of packet forwarding in analog channel, channel congestion control, analog multi-rate transmission, and dynamic routing display.Secondly, we need to control the system via web service. In this part, we design and achieve both the client and the server. The embedded system achieves communication via HTTP protocol. At the same time,we achieve the remote control to the system in functions as the system turning on and off, parameter setting, system failure reporting, and so on.Finally, a series of tests is given for the function and performance of the system to prove that the system can meet the design requirements, and then a outlook for future work was made.
