In recent years, the application of the web system become more popularize, and the customer has grown rapidly, the performance indicators has been the key point for the success of one web application. For Customer, sometimes the performance is more important than the function, So to improve the performance is a research orientation for develop people. To ensure the web app can achieve the predetermined performance goal, the performance testing is necessary. Only the performance test, can be targeted to improve the efficiency of the product, and then can have the confidence to deliver to use. The system (Online Reservation, OR) with concurrent access to the number of large, fast response time, stability and reliability requirement higher characteristic, its performance directly affects the customer satisfaction of the system, and then the impact of product development. Therefore, how to carry out the performance test is very important to effectively. According to the user access and scene analysis online registration system based on Web, presents the performance test model and verified in the actual project, the main work completed is as follows:1) Analysis of the principle, method and index of Web performance test, discussed two kinds of traditional performance testing model and its limitations, and current mainstream performance testing tools are compared selection.2) Through the analysis of the performance requirement for the Online Reservation system, and summarize the main reason for the performance problems3) Mapping the testing model to test script development, test scene design, analysis of test results of the performance testing process, to extract the specific application process of key business performance testing model.4) Use the testing tool named LoadRunner to build scenarios and analyze in order to simulate the operations of mass user accessing and other things and adjust the testing result. Also improve the traditional testing methods by using static theory to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test result. This thesis also analyzed the testing result by using single factor isolating method and comparison method to locate precisely the reasons of system performance bottleneck.
