The cloud manufacturing mode provides a new direction for the development ofmanufacturing industry. In the impact of information revolution, the traditionalmanufacturing enterprises to start the transformation, cloud manufacturing mode and keytechnologies of cloud computing technology has become one of the important strategicresearch and development based on enterprise. Cloud manufacturing resources throughmanufacturing hardware and software for heterogeneous, massive distribution of the wholelife cycle of virtual manufacturing and services, the formation of a unified manufacturingcloud service pool, can provide high quality, cheap manufacturing services to users.Cloud manufacturing service platform was set up and application of informationtechnology in the industry, the basic structure, software and hardware resources has madepreliminary exploration and some achievements, but there are many problems. In themanagement model, it is difficult to achieve multi-user collaboration; in the process ofusing remote mobile office software, and access to resources is insufficient; in terms ofdata security, the structure of hardware and software based system did not change, and thedata storage resources is still in the local server, network security is still difficult toguarantee. Synthesis of the above considerations, this paper proposes a solution to build avirtual desktop cloud.A virtual desktop cloud by combining the construction of cloud manufacturing serviceplatform based on dynamic link protocol, new desktop, desktop virtualization technology,on one hand the traditional desktop from the local server, desktop sharing form, on theother hand, using the ICA protocol to establish virtual desktop based on C/S architecture.By using the two desktop, cloud manufacturing platform can be obtained and maintenanceof an effective improvement in data security, convenient office etc. The specific contentsare as follows:1. Analysis of defects of the existing cloud manufacturing platform, the use ofvirtualization technology in the platform, the effective implementation of scheme design ofa virtual desktop cloud.2. The virtual desktop and desktop sharing two virtual desktop, on page design, virtualmachine management, remote connection protocol as the core part of a detailed configuration and design.3. The establishment of cloud manufacturing service platform, the cloud desktop systemand platform can be effectively combined, at the same time, a comparison of two desktopnetwork access in the process of resource usage, analysis of the implementation andoperation and maintenance costs.After running and testing shows that, two desktop systems can meet the requirementsof the subject, the good combination with the cloud manufacturing platform, improve thefunctional structure of the cloud platform. By comparing the traditional desktop cloud,virtual desktop system can better achieve the "services" of the individual needs.
