| Virtual Trial and Manufacturing is dynamic simulation for practical trial and Manufacturing ,the system needn't to consume raw material ,human source and time .It have modeling and the simulant environment to make sure the Virtual data is correct. Before the practical Manufacturing, the leader of plant could get the result of prognosticate by the system and offer the classic process scheme .I will study to create a system for Directly synthesis of dimethyl ether from low cost syngas in a tubular flow reactor .Based on the thermodynamic analysis of reaction system, The effects of temperature from 230℃ to 270℃, pressure from 3.0MPa to 7.0MPa, gas flow rate from 0.015 SLM to 0.075 SLM and three kinds of composition of feed gas on reaction were studied. After analyzing, the carbon conversion, selectivity of dimethyl ether and methanol were obtained. Then connect it with ERP system to direct plant design and manufacturing. |
