Design And Performance Of Professional Technical Personnel Information Management System Basing On SSH

Daily management on professional technical personnel tends to be increasingly completed and diversified in recent years, with the growing of professional and technical personnel in numbers. Paper management’s weaknesses like inefficiency, low accurateness and waste of resources are revealing gradually. In general sense, professional technical personnel is consisted of 5 talent groups—group of enterprise operation and management personnel, group of professional technical personnel, group of high-skilled personnel, group rural practical personnel, and group of social work personnel. As personnel information of the 5 groups is managed by different departments, it may lead to information repetition.This essay introduces the design and process of a simple, user friendly, and light weight application system from extendibility, maintainability, and transferability. B/S mode is applied in the developing structure of the system, integrating the advantages of Struts, Spring and Hibernate to build a 3-layer frame of SSH, helping to improve the system. Functional modules including Professional Technical Personnel, Judging Panel, Department’s Daily, Certificate Management, Data Reporting and Receiving, and System Management are created. The Professional Technical Personnel Management Module achieved inquiry, statistics, input, update and deletion. And batch input of basic information of personnel is performed in this module as well. Judging Panel Management module carries out functions of information adding, deleting, and modifying. And the function of randomly drawing judger is able to achieved, making the evaluation of professional title fairer. Department Daily Management Module performs as examination and approval, and signal sending in daily management. Data Reporting and Receiving Module fulfilled the job of data exchanging with both higher authorities and subordinate departments. Moreover, external data can be input in this module. System Management module accomplishes user and role management, and daily maintenance.This essay elaborates the advantages of SSH framework in the application of professional and technical personnel information management system, and conducts detailed research on demand analysis of the system, conceptual design of the database, logic design and physical design, etc. by method of software engineering.
