Research On The Personnel Management System Of Technical College

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the world economy and society has gradually into the information society. The increasingly types and amount of personnel management information, more and more detailed social division of labor, the increasingly clear workflow, the traditional manual processing methods and management systems can not meet the needs of personnel management in new situation. Therefore, designing and applying used for new personnel management information system to improve the efficiency of Personnel Management has become the new demands of the various units. This paper will take the personnel management information demand of Zhengzhou Technical College as a foundation, based on the actual situation of the unit, to design the personnel management information system, and ultimately used in this college’s personnel management.This paper first analyzes the background of current personnel management information system’s development, the research situation both domestic and abroad, illustrating the necessity of construct Personnel Management Information System and key issues needs to be addressed; followed by a summary description of the overall situation of the system, carried on the detailed description to the system construction design and the demand analysis, and described the detailed design and the realization to the part of representative functions. Combining system software knowledge, software development, database development technology designed three corresponding C/S structure models, computer software development, database development and through analyzing the relevant elements of personnel management under computer environment,further carries on the functional orientation to the personnel resources management system, emphasizing the easy-use of the system requirements, to design personnel management system, and finally completes the personnel management system’s construction. Finally,the paper summarized the whole research process, analyzed the deficiency and limitation of the research, and has given the research direction which later will continue to study.The system is used in Zhengzhou Vocational and Technical College, reducing the cost of personnel management, personnel managers to reduce the workload and improve the accuracy of personnel information, and improve the efficiency of Personnel Management Zhengzhou Vocational and Technical College, Provide better technical support service for all teachers.
