The paper designs and implements the third party warehousing system based on BIRIS-SSP cloud platform-muti-warehouse service center.The muti-warehouse service center is a cloud enterprise based on the cloud manufacturing service platform which called BIRIS- SSP(BIlateral Resource Integration Service-Smart Service),it can share warehousing information and provide a third-party platform which can provide solution of warehousing.The muti-warehouse service center can integrate warehousing resource,and accept warehousing commission,seek right resource for the different demands of customers,realize demands and resources mapping,then outsource warehousing tasks to providers of the warehousing resource.So the function of the service center is taking over warehousing order,dealing with order,outsourcing warehousing orders to providers,administration and maintenance of warehousing resource,supervising in the process of commission execution.First of all,the paper gives a detailed analysis of the multi-warehouse service center.The paper presents the definition of muti-warehouse service center based on the application scenario of muti-warehouse service center,and then analysis the operation pattern of muti-warehouse service center, integrate warehousing resource and order processing process which different from traditional warehouse management system,at last analysis the process and function of system.Secondly,the paper studies the warehousing resource optimization selection problem of the muti-warehouse service center.The paper puts forward and describes the resource optimization selection problem based on the application scenario of resource optimization selection problem.Then using mathematical language to model the problem.Lastly,giving the algorithm of solving the problem,and verifying validity and feasibility of the algorithm by the example result.Then,the paper designs muti-warehouse service center in detail.Firstly,it designs the architecture of service center which includes six layers.Then designs the functions and the business processes of the muti-warehouse,lists the business receipt and components which needs to develop.Lastly,the paper gives the IDEF1 Xof the database.Finally,the paper realizes muti-warehouse service center,presents the main function module of service center,shows the class diagram and sequence diagram of the function of generating warehousing task, the provider task, and subcontracting order.The last part gives the major function movement contact surface chart of service center.
