It has a decisive historical significance in improving maintain social order, promoting the development of a harmonious socialist society and carrying out and implementing the scientific concept of development.This thesis focuses on the issues about members of the community service center information management system and development of practical significance, J2EE-based B/S model by completing the WEB application on the choice of basic tools, requirement analyzing, system designing and conduction etc. The system has achieved the organization, party information, Hongyan volunteer management and other major management function modules.1 This thesis analyzed the platform architecture and design patterns which are used on the platform;2 The system need a detailed analysis, a detailed overview. And then this thesis made a comprehensive analysis and non-functional analysis to the system with specific usecase to describe the function;3 Display the implementation process by analyzed the effect and code of the system. Intuitive display the system by the achieve results. And analyzed the advantages and Rationality; 4 Take a detailed system test, analysis of test results and some improvement measures.Finally, as the development of community service center management systems and information technology, some problem have been raised which may be happening at the time of maintenance of the information management system in the future.
