With the booming service sector, the resources provied in the market becomemore and more abundant but fragmented, and the demand of consumers becomemore and more personalized. It is difficult for reality orgnizations to gather thewidespread but scattered resources on-demand rapidly in the market. Fortunately,cloud computing provide new approach to solve this problem. With the catalysis ofcloud technology, Biris-Cloud came into being and integrated distributed resourcesand virtualize them for unified management. Biris-Cloud provides third partyservice providers a platform in which they can get resource on-demand. So realityorgnizations can build their own Internet Service Center(iSC) on Biris-Cloudplatform and get virtualization resources to serve customers.In order to derive how an Internet Service Center(iSC) be built and operatedon the Biris-Cloud automatically, this paper summarizes the development of cloudtechnology and Cloud manufacturing technology, the method of building anontology model in computer science, the research status of ontology language.Based on the Biris-Cloud platform, the requirement analysis of the buildingand operating framework for iSC is presented. And this paper aims to solve thefollowing problem: defining a meta-model for iSC, designing and implementing theconstruct engine for iSC, implementing the synchronization between local databaseof tenant and global database, implementing different operating system for iSC.The ontology model for iSC called iSCOntolgoy who descibes the composingelements of iSC, relationships between elements and properties of elements.And in order to describe iSC formally in a machine-readable language, thedefinition language for Internet Service Center(iSCDL) is proposed in this paper.iSCDL is proposed based on RDF (S)/XML. Then we describe iSCOntology iniSCDL to form the metamodel of iSC(iSCMM), which is the unified and standardmode for writing a definition file for iSC.Based on iSCMM, we design and implement the construct engine foriSC(iSCCEngine), which supports building iSC automatically on Biris-Cloud.According to the theoretical research in this paper, we design and implementthe framework for building iSC with iSCCEngine as the core. What’s more, threedifferent types of operational framework is designed and implemented. We alsobuild a instance of iSC to prove the theoretical research and system proposed in thispaper in the phase of building iSC, configurating iSC and operating iSC.
