After the rapid development of Internet information technology in recent years,the manufacturing industry has gradually developed in the direction of intelligence,information and service.In order to adapt to the trend of the times and keep up with the development trend of the industry,as an emerging intelligent manufacturing model,"cloud manufacturing" came into being.Cloud manufacturing can solve the problems caused by the waste of manufacturing resources and the occlusion of service demand information,improve the utilization efficiency of manufacturing resources,and realize the rational allocation of manufacturing resources.However,in the face of the increasing complexity of manufacturing tasks and the discretization of manufacturing resources,new requirements have been put forward for the rational allocation of resources in cloud manufacturing platforms.In view of this,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the optimal allocation of cloud manufacturing resources under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,“the theory and method of manufacturability evaluation in cloud manufacturing environment”.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper systematically reviews the research status of cloud manufacturing and resource optimization configuration at home and abroad by referring to and reading a large number of relevant literature in the field of cloud manufacturing.Moreover,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the task decomposition and resource matching links in the optimization configuration of cloud manufacturing resources.Based on this,the research ideas and directions of this paper are established.Secondly,the problem of manufacturing task optimization decomposition in cloud environment is the basis of cloud manufacturing resource optimization configuration research.Considering the complexity and randomness of manufacturing tasks,the manufacturing task optimization decomposition process in cloud environment is designed.Based on the information exchange matrix between meta-tasks,the manufacturing task optimization decomposition model based on meta-task grouping is constructed.This paper proposes a manufacturing particle optimization decomposition method based on improved particle swarm optimization for solving the model.The simulation example is used to verify the feasibility of the model,and the optimization process of manufacturing tasks in the cloud environment is realized,which lays a solid foundation for the optimization of cloud manufacturing resources.Finally,the optimization and matching of manufacturing resources in the cloud environment is taken as an important part of cloud manufacturing resource optimization configuration research.Considering the influence of the constraints of manufacturing resources on the manufacturing resource matching process,based on the establishment of the manufacturing resource matching evaluation index system,the paper builds a manufacturing resource optimization matching model under the cloud environment.This paper proposes an artificial bee colony optimization matching method based on analytic hierarchy process.The feasibility of the model is verified by simulation examples,which provides a reference method for the future research of manufacturing resource matching problem in cloud environment,thus realizing the process of cloud manufacturing resource optimization configuration.
