With the development of science and technology, wireless sensor network has been widely applied to make people’s work and life increasingly intelligible. Meanwhile, it also promotes the high speedy development of low-power and multi-function sensors. Wireless sensor network has stronger researching significance and practical value in the field of industrial control networks, environmental monitoring, video surveillance, security protection whose market demand and developmental prospect is optimistic to the vast numbers of scientific research workers.This paper introduced the status and development of wireless sensor network, discussed the analysis of the requirements of indoor environment monitoring system. Indoor environmental monitoring is divided into three functions: indoor environmental information collection, indoor environmental information transmission and indoor environmental information processing. The overall structure of the system is established, and the topology of the network is finished. According to the selection of the system design, the wireless sensor network is constructed, which focuses on three aspects of node selection, node design and wireless network communication.This design is based on the system compiler environment and protocol stack, which is mainly about the software design on indoor environment monitoring system data acquisition module. It includes the coordinator node program design and terminal sensor nodes of the star network topology design. Through the Zig Bee network node joining process and wireless sensor driver design, I can make an implementation of wireless network.The hardware of this system is mainly based on the CC2530 development kit, while the main sensors are DS18B20 temperature sensor, HS1101 humidity sensor and mq-7 CO gas sensor. This paper transplanted Zig Bee2007 protocol stack of TI, and compiled the program on the protocol stack, it completed the data acquisition function, so that This system realized the indoor environment parameter collection and monitoring in experiment environment. In this experiment, it can effectively monitor the indoor temperature, humidity and carbon monoxide and other environmental factors, then analyze the results of the test.
