Research On Guaranteed Rate Of Journals Based On Citation Analysis

Journal is one of the source of science and technology information, is to improve the material basis for the teaching and scientific research level, and is an important method of understanding and mastering foreign technology dynamic. The importance of making periodicals in the library occupies the important proportion of purchase. Journal costs are rising at present, but the library every year in the journal of money is limited, how to limited funds reasonable configuration, maximize meet the needs of readers, and reduce the low utilization ratio of periodicals of money become a problem needs to solve.To understand the university journals of teachers and students to meet the demand, this paper takes Chongqing university during 2011-2013 in SCI papers published as the research object, through the analysis of the papers of periodical utilization and demand for the school security situation, on the periodical purchase plan to provide the reference for the library.On the basis of mathematics, this article adopted the method of mathematical statistics to the Chongqing university 2011-2013 in a paper just published in SCI statistics, and the statistical results using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are studied, finally using citation analysis method of paper periodical and the utilization of database are analyzed.Finally, the paper come to the conclusion as follows:1) 2011-2013, the school of SCI papers published the journal satisfaction is higher, it is 67.02% sure, can basically meet the demand of SCI papers published on journals.2) the paper periodical of the three years in SCI papers published in journals provide required quantity is less, guarantee efficiency is very low, less than 4% every year, the journal requirements meet rate almost can be neglected. In 2011-2011 SCI papers published on this order during the period of paper periodical utilization ratio is low, did not use the journal far more than the use of journals.3) the school database for the three years in SCI papers published in journals provide required quantity is more, guarantee efficiency is higher, but the school database not all meet the needs of the three years of SCI papers, and other resources...
