| Background and purpose:Scientific and technical journals are an important part of the development of science and technology and an important carrier for the dissemination of scientific research achievements.The development level of scientific and technical journals reflects the dynamic level of a country's science and technology development.It reflects the development level of a country's economy and culture from the side,and is one of the important symbols of the country's level of independent innovation.Scientific and technical journals play an increasingly important role in scientific research and social development.How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the quality of scientific and technical journals,how to improve the overall level of periodicals and the quality of manuscripts have always been highly concerned by major universities,library and intelligence agencies,and experts and scholars.This paper evaluates the academic level and influence of Zhejiang Medical Journal from the perspectives of the papers,quotations,authors and network development,analyzes the advantages,current status and shortcomings of the journals,and holds the direction for the magazine's analysis and evaluation of the academic status of periodicals,so as to adapt to the new situation and new requirements.Methods:Seventy-six articles of 192 issues published by Zhejiang Medical Journal from 2008 to 2017 were taken as the research object.Literature analysis,numerical statistics,and comprehensive induction were used to analyze the status,citations,authors,impact factors,the time lag of publication and advertisements,etc.The co-word clustering analysis method was used to analyze the key words published in Zhejiang Medical Journal from 2008 to 2017,so as to understand the research hot spots of Zhejiang Medical Journal in recent years.A comparative analysis method is used to find out the difference between the excellent journals and the counterparts.By using numerical statistics,we analyze the network data of the official website of Zhejiang medicine and the WeChat public platform to understand the characteristics of the magazine's networking development.Results:Zhejiang Medical Journal published a total of 7,609 dissertations from 2008 to 2017,with an average of 39.63 articles and a paper density of 0.39.There are 1930 fund papers,and the ratio of fund papers is increasing year by year.With the exception of Shanxi Province,Jilin Province,Qinghai Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Henan Province,China Taiwan,China Hong Kong,and China Macau,other provinces have articles published.Zhejiang Province published the most papers,a total of 7374,accounting for 96.91%of the total published papers.The top three hospitals issued 3,548 articles,accounting for 46.63%of the total published papers.Medical colleges issued 121 articles,accounting for 1.59%of the total published papers.The total number of citations in 10 years was 72,313,of which 620 were self-cited articles and the number of citations per article was 9.50.Citations are mostly foreign languages,accounting for 56.97%.All Chinese articles have 4.09 articles,and foreign articles have 5.41 articles.The Price Index is 49.67%.In the 10 years,6741 articles were co-authored,the cooperation rate was 88.59%,and the authors' average cooperation was 3.80.There were 89 core authors with more than 3 posts and 492 published papers,accounting for 6.47%of the total issued articles.The impact factor decreased from 2010 to 2011,and it gradually increased from 2012 to 2016.The research hotspots of Zhejiang Medical Journal in recent years have mainly focused on non-small cell lung cancer,diabetes,myocardial infarction,gallstones,common bile duct stones,and cesarean section.By the end of March 2018,there were 2,411,737 visitors to the official website of Zhejiang Medical.The WeChat public number has sent a total of 22 messages and has 589 fans.The maximum number of clicks for a single message is 455 and the maximum number of clicks is 20.Conclusions:The volume of articles in Zhejiang Medical Journal,the ratio of funds and papers,the degree of cooperation between the authors,the number of articles outside the province,citations,impact factors,etc.have all been significantly improved.The quality and influence of the publication has also been increasing year by year.It has become the most influential medical comprehensive core journals in Zhejiang province.However,Zhejiang Medical Journal still has a considerable gap compared with other excellent journals in the same industry,mainly in the aspects of limited fund papers,insufficient depth of dissertation,and insignificant geographical influence. |
