Implementation cost of prison kitchen, catering,nutrients, and the relevant corrections is, health, finance, hardware-making department associated network management, full kitchen supplies inventory, assets,and reflect the criminals dishes, expenses, such as dynamic change, the real-time dynamic monitoring of criminals kitchens, and using the established database support normal operation budget of the kitchen work.The subject of the analysis of the current mainstream algorithm, focusing on dynamic programming algorithm, back-track algorithm, greedy algorithm. Then on the system requirements analysis and design system of the basic framework, on the basis of the basic framework, further to the system function module and database design. After the completion of the design, using PHP and MySQL for system implementation, and system configuration in Nginx. Validated by actual use, the system basically met the requirements of the criminal kitchen supplies management,can really improve the efficiency of process collaboration and sharing capabilities for data integration, improve the efficiency of the kitchen supplies management, reduce labor cost, strengthen the standardization of management.
