With the development of medical technology,the variety and usage of medical supplies are increasing.The management of medical supplies is becoming increasingly important,because the usage of medical supplies is directly related to the safety and quality of patients' life.However,traditional supplies management manner is lack of accuracy of order,timeliness of consumables management and traceability of high value medical supplies.Thus,traditional medical supplies management manner is difficult to adapt to current hospital.In this background,this thesis studies the design and implementation of medical supplies management information system based on inventory forecast model.The system chooses the reasonable inventory forecasting model according to consumables species and use frequency.Based on accurate inventory forecast,the user can make reasonable medical supplies order.Further,the subsequent businesses including checking,acceptance,payment,store management and query are implemented.Finally,we can uniformly manage the dynamic needs of medical supplies and the external procurement.On the demand of medical supplies management information systems analysis phase,the full needs analysis is a prerequisite for success of the project construction.In the requirements analysis process,carried out in the existing domestic and foreign medical supplies management information system functional analysis,combined with their own work experience,to build functional modules in line with medical supplies management information system requirements,and strive to process scientific and standardized,simple and easy to use.On the specific needs described by this paper UML activity diagram to describe the main business of the system,followed by use case diagram modeling system main business,including file management,order management,inventory management and statistical analysis,covering the management needs of medical supplies full functionality.With the advances in medical standards,medical supplies and the type of use is also growing,frequent use of consumables,including data related to species range,the amount of data,data needs to be a reasonable model,select the data storage,Based relational data model data modeling systems,in the design and implementation of database using Oracle 12 C.Finally,from the perspective of system performance and security,non-functional requirements of the system are described.The design and implementation of the system,follow the top-down development principles,first from three angles given the system architecture design: Based on the Swing MVC software architecture for network deployment architecture and functional structure of C/S structure,from software development,network deployment and functional components 3 describes the design aspects of the framework of the system.Then,it sets forth specific details of the design information system database tables.Finally,the specific function of the system design and implementation of the system is given first to the overall system design class diagrams,and sequence diagrams and the flowchart shows the specific features of the design and implementation details.In addition,the traditional hospital supplies management business,we also design and implement inventory forecasting,supplies a broad basis and use features designed different forecasting models,treatment of emergencies(epidemic),select the qualitative model,predict experts the development trend of events were set analysis,support the development of orders related supplies;treat non-burst time,choose a quantitative model,system design and prediction model implementation include: exponential smoothing model,seasonal index forecasting method,ARMA model prediction index model is suitable for high frequency use of consumables;ARMA model and the seasonal index is applied to a lower frequency,long procurement cycle supplies types.Based on a prediction model to achieve the dynamic needs of hospital supplies and scientific management of external order.In system testing part,we use black box testing method for main module of the system,and give the test cases and test results.Further,we use stress testing software for performance test.The results of the tests show that the design and the realization of our system to meet now medical supplies management needs.The system improves the hospital efficiency,and reaches the design target.
