Analysis And Design Of Communication And Meeting Management System Of Guizhou Women 's Prison

Economic reform and urbanization construction promote the development of economy and society, meanwhile inspire the criminal activity in some areas. Our government needs to face problems how to maintain stable social and economic development, stability and prosperity in the process of rapid economic development. In the management of criminal procedure, the prison management has played a pivotal role. How to provide more democratic management of prison inmates has become an important issue in the face of the prison administration, the paper on the above background, based on actual demand of Guizhou women’s prison, presented Guizhou women’s prison inmates analysis and design of communication and meeting management system, hopes to promote the management of prison-related research in this article.In the analysis and design of Guizhou women’s prison inmates’ communication and meeting management system, the author first analyzes business needs of women’s prison inmates’communication and meeting management. In the system requirements analysis section, through the use case diagram and use case descriptions of prison staff communication and functional requirements met management system was modeled, and the system is non-functional requirements for a detailed analysis. In the system design section, the author designs the overall system, based on the overall design of the core functions of the module to communicate with the prison staff were met with management design. The paper core modules include inmates basic information management module, management letters, e-mail management, remittance management, meeting management, family phone management and system management module, then the author concludes Database Design and other related work. Finally, the author summarizes this article and the main shortcomings, and prospects further work.Guizhou women’s prison inmates’ communication and meeting management system analysis and design work so far has been basically completed, the work in this paper could meet the Guizhou Women’s Prison inmates’ communication and meeting management with the actual demand. It is fundamental research to promote women’s prison management.
