Multi-parameter monitor is through the use of a variety of modules and sensors to monitor human body bioelectrical management information(such as ECG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, respiration and other projects) collection, analysis and monitoring of specialized equipment, the whole process, including information collection, signal amplification, filtering, signal transmission and processing, display and store the results of other steps. With the rapid development of information technology, multi-parameter monitor is designed more to show the characteristics of human development, the integration with multi-parameter detection characteristics, and exhibit very compact compact in structure and easy carry features, therefore, portable multi-parameter monitor can be used either for general ward patients were timed, continuous, prolonged care, can also be used for the life of the important parameters of outdoor activities to do remote monitoring of patients.portable detector and the central detection system detection system is implemented, also emerged in our country with independent intellectual property rights and a number of portable detector production enterprises, such as shenzhen mairui biological medical electronic co., LTD., but its products in terms of accuracy and reliability of the monitoring data and there is still a big gap between the world famous enterprises, therefore this study will be in this paper, the principle of the portable multi-parameter monitor hardware and software system were studied.(1) discusses the monitoring principle of portable multi parameter monitor signals, the collected on the ECG indexes, blood pressure monitoring indexes, blood oxygen saturation monitoring indicators of care, respiratory care, body temperature index index monitoring, cardiac output index monitoring and two carbon dioxide indicators of seven physiological parameters monitoring discussion.(2) on the structure of portable multi parameter monitor is analyzed, the main content involves the basic characteristics of the portable monitor, the hardware structure, software structure, function analysis, system functional overview and non functional analysis of six aspects.(3) of the portable multi parameter monitor software system is analyzed, the content mainly involves the Qt/Embedded development, monitor interface design, biological electrical measurement difficulties and so on.Multi parameter monitor is through the use of a variety of monitoring module and sensor information of various biological electricity of human body’s(such as ECG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, respiratory and other projects) specialized equipment acquisition, analysis and monitoring of the entire process, including information collection, signal amplification, filtering, signal transmission and processing, result display and storage steps. With the rapid development of computer information technology, more and more the design of multi parameter monitor displays the development characteristics of humanity, has the characteristics of multi parameter detection integrated on the function, the structure is very compact and showed a small volume and convenient carrying characteristics, therefore, the portable multi parameter monitor can be used for monitoring timing, continuous and long time of general ward patients, but also can be used as a remote sensing monitoring on important characteristics of life all outdoor activities in the patient’s parameters.With the pace of development of hospital informationization construction is accelerating, monitoring system for portable monitor and central monitoring system in one of the hospitals at all levels has been implemented in the ICU, CCU ward and the operation room, in China have also emerged in a with independent intellectual property rights of the production license portable monitor production enterprises, such as Shenzhen MINDRAY Bio Medical Electronic Limited by Share Ltd and so on, but its products on the accuracy and reliability of monitoring data is with world famous enterprises, there is a certain gap, this research will principle, system hardware and software of portable multi parameter monitor of the study, designed to further improve the portable multi parameter monitor products to get rid of dependence on hardware, improve its portability.The results of this study in the research and application of portable multi parameter monitor in can be summarized as the following four aspects:(1) Discusses the monitoring principle of portable multi parameter monitor signals, the collected on the ECG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation index index index, and pulse index of four physiological parameters were monitored and discussed.(2) On the structure of portable multi parameter monitor is analyzed, the main content involves the basic characteristics of the portable monitor, the hardware structure, software structure, function analysis, system functional overview and non functional analysis of six aspects.(3) Of the portable multi parameter monitor software system is analyzed, the content mainly involves the Qt/Embedded development, monitor interface design, biological electrical measurement difficulties and so on.(4) Monitoring device and test.
