Bio-Electrical Impedance(BEI), Electroencephalogram(EEG) and Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals that are biologically important three types of electrical signals, which can provide a reference for monitoring the health of the subjects. The biological health parameters of traditional measurement method is mostly measured by large medical instruments, although the accuracy is higher, but the operation is complex, professional and strong, cost measurement of high disadvantage hinders the of these instruments to further promote and popularize. Therefore, it is necessary to design portable biological signal measuring system.Based on the previous work, this paper designs, makes and tests the portable multi parameter biological signal measurement system, and mainly completes the following work:1. This paper present situation of development on the bioelectrical impedance, EEG and ECG system design and applications at home and abroad to make certain hardware are introduced and proposed framework for portable multi-parameter biological information measurement system.2. This paper introduce the advantages and disadvantages of the relevant components, determine the core of portable multi-parameter biological information measurement system (module) chip and platform, Among them, the electric impedance measurement module, the ECG signal measurement module and the EEG signal measurement module are AD5933, BMD101, TGAM, respectively, and Bluetooth wireless transceiver module BLK-MD-BC04-B, total control platform using embedded data processing platform STM32.3. This paper designs the hardware circuit of the main function module and analyzes the working principle, designs the circuit diagram and makes the PCB printing plate, finally carries on the system integration.4. This paper designs measurement system software. The software flow and core code of the main function module are analyzed.5. The measurement of the system get the parameters correspond well with the results of specialized instruments were compared to verify the accuracy, and to EEG measurement module as an example, using Matlab to design more intuitive GUI and verification system stability. Through the contrast test shows that this system in biological complex impedance measurement precision can reach 3%, ECG signal measured by the mean heart rate per minute of the error in not more than 2 times and the stability of the system better, in line with the basic design demand is expected, which can meet the measurement of the three parameters needed in daily life.
