Based On Can Bus Portable Steady State Parameters Of The Acquisition System

Sample of stable parameter is important for new product development, inspection and scientific research. In the study a portable test system of stable parameter was developed. The system is designed based on CAN bus technique and can be used to measure common signal in engine test, such as temperature signal, pressure signal, flow signal and humidity signal and so on. The system is composed of two parts:signal sample and treatment module and signal receiving and treatment module.Signal sample and treatment module is designed to treat common signals in engine test. In the module different treatments are adopted. Wheatstone bridge is used to treat PT100 RTD sensor. AD595 special IC chip is used to treat K thermocouple sensor. Voltage signal is treated with differential operational amplifier. All treated signal are sampled using data sample module and digital signals can be transmitted using CAN bus.Signal receiving and treatment module is designed to receive data from signal sample and treatment module by CAN bus. Received data is treated and can be shown in intelligent color LCD. Also some other function, such as channel calibration, data sample control can be carried out using the module. Reliable experiment is carried out and results show that the system can satisfy requirement of application.
