Medium communication power has always been one of the hot spot in the news industry and academia. In the complex competition,how to enhance the media communication power to increase the influence of the news media has been paid attention by the scholars in the multimedia era,.Unlike previous study, this paper takes the xinjiang news media as the research object, shift the perspective to Analysis of the communication power form from Angle of consumption culture, and research the relationship between consumption status and enhance the communication power of xinjiang news media, find the meaning of enhancing the news media communication power of xinjiang from the perspective of consumer culture.i believe that the study of communication power from the perspective of consumer culture has a certain academic value and practical significance.This article adopts the framework of theory combining with practice and literature reading, interdisciplinary research, data analysis and other methods to study the xinjiang news media communication power in the perspective of consumption culture.Specific displays in:firstly, through the investigation and understanding of status and related data of xinjiang news media communication power and to take the vertical and horizontal comparative analysis to summarize the influence factors of xinjiang news media communication power. Secondly,according to its own characteristics in xinjiang and the influence factors of xinjiang news media communication power in the perspective of consumer culture, put forward to news media path and strategy of enhancing the xinjiang communication power. In the end,this paper discusses the significance of improve communication power under the vision of consumer culture from the aspects of theory and practice, the main discussed two parts content that the relationship between the media consumption culture and media communication power and the meaning of shape modern society by the media consumption culture.Investigation found that improve the news communication power not only in the phases of development of media equipment, human resources, technological innovation and other hardware conditions,also need to understand the characteristics of news media communication.Analysis the existence of the news communication power from the essence to let it have stronger vitality.
